Governance - Accountable 和 transparent

We launched our ESG program in May of 2020. We established a simple 和 strong ESG structure to provide strategic direction for this program, against which we intend to review our progress over the coming years. Our ESG efforts are led by our executive leadership team 和 are reviewed by the Nominating 和 Corporate Governance Committee of our Board of Directors. We have always committed to be accountable 和 transparent about our successes 和 challenges, 和 will continue to do so in the years ahead. We report annually on our progress in our ESG便览.

在FY2022, Okta worked with a third-party human rights consultancy to complete Okta’s first corporate-wide, human rights impact assessment (HRIA).
